4. Design Development – Produce detailed material schedules, finish palettes, and procurement spreadsheets. All design specifications are validated for performance, availability, and alignment with the design intent. Reselections after client approval are treated as additional services.
5. Procurement & Management – Manage all order placement, tracking, delivery coordination, and vendor communication to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Address substitutions when necessary to maintain design integrity.
6. Installation & Staging – Oversee furniture and fixture installations, ensuring every detail aligns with approved documentation. Complete styling and setup for final presentation or photography.
7. Finalize – Conduct a final walkthrough and direct the photoshoot, capturing the completed design for documentation, marketing, or owner reference.
