Overview

Design Storylines™ is the signature Artheos process where creative direction and project execution merge under a single, strategic vision. Each storyline is designed to translate the emotional and spatial intent of a property into a tangible, high-performing environment. This process ensures consistency between concept, materiality, and delivery, offering investors and developers an efficient path from vision to realization.

Process

  1. Discover – Review the property vision, target audience, and brand narrative to select or develop the Design Storyline Collection best suited to the project.
  2. Define – Establish the visual language, palette, and intent of the chosen storyline. This phase articulates the emotional and spatial journey that defines the design.
  3. Design Development – Translate the storyline into visuals, spatial flow, and material direction.
  4. Procurement Execution & Management – Manage procurement processes and handle reselections for out-of-stock items, ensuring design continuity and maintaining delivery timelines. All replacements preserve the design integrity of the approved storyline.
  5. Project Management & Coordination – Oversee the full design implementation process, coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring every element is aligned with the approved design documentation.
  6. Installation & Staging – Supervise all installations, ensuring cohesive execution and presentation readiness. Styling and finishing details are finalized for photography or turnover.
  7. Finalize – Conduct a final walkthrough and direct photography to capture the completed vision for documentation or marketing.
